Delivery discipline where the deadline is external
Some projects can slip. A regulatory deadline, an audit date or a customer contract cannot. Those are the programmes we are usually brought into.
Our project managers hold certifications across PMP, PRINCE2, APMG, Scrum and ITIL, and have delivered repeatedly for large organisations — but the certification matters less than the judgement about which parts of a methodology to apply and which to leave in the manual.
Where we help
- Programme and project leadership for enterprise initiatives with many stakeholders and several vendors
- Security and compliance programme delivery — the natural extension of our other practices, where the delivery lead genuinely understands the subject matter
- Interim leadership when a critical initiative loses its project manager mid-flight
- Recovery of projects that have drifted, starting with an honest assessment of what can realistically still be achieved
How we work
We adapt to your governance rather than importing our own. If you run Scrum, we run Scrum. If your steering committee expects PRINCE2 artefacts, they get them. What stays constant is transparent reporting — including the parts of the status report that are uncomfortable to write.
